How do I purchase Bids?
When you register, you will receive free Bids. This will give you the opportunity to try and participate in the auction.

When do Bids expire?
Unless otherwise specified, all bids expire 365 day after the issuing date.
Do I get refund to the bids spent on the Auction?
No, The Bids you spend at each auction contribute to the product costs and enable us to sell the items at a very low price to the last bidder at the auction.
When Does the Auction Close?
The auction timing ends when the bidding stops. If the server timer reaches zero and no one else places a bid, the last bidder wins the product at the final bid price.
I am the Winner at the auction, what should I do?
You will receive an e-mail from us confirming your winning. You have few days to pay for the final price including all fees applicable. Once the payment is completed, the product will be shipped to your shipping address saved in your profile.
I forgot my Password, what should I do?
You need to click on Forgot my password link and follow the instructions on the sign in page. We are unable to send your password by e-mail for security reasons.
What is Reserve Price?
All the Auction items have a reserve price. This is generally set at 1% of the retail price. The reserve price is the lowest auction price that the auction can end at.
If the Reserve Price is not reached, do I lose my Bids?
No, if the reserve price is not reached, all the bids spent will be returned to all the bidders with 25% free bids for every bid placed during the auction as a bonus.
What is Bid Agent and how does it work?
When you are unable to be online, you can use Bid Agent to monitor your bid. You can just decide how many bids you would like to place with the maximum price you are willing to pay for the auction item. Bid Agent bid for you automatically each time someone else bids higher. The bid is placed within ten seconds of the count being zero. If the current bid passes your maximum price, the Bid Agent stops automatically. There is no limit on how many times you can refill your Bid Agent up to the stated maximum figure.
Go to the auction that you want to bid and then select Bid Agent on your lower left in your screen. Enter the number of Bids that you want Bid Agent to place automatically for you and specify the maximum price you would like to pay for this auction item. Then select “set”. The Bid Agent will bid on your behalf until you are the final bidder or up to your maximum price of bids, whichever comes first.
What if there are several Bid Agents on the same auction item?
All Bid Agents will take turns bidding until they run out of bids. The Bid Agent that has the highest bid at any point of the auction will not continue bidding unless another user places a higher bid.
What is Wish List and how can I create one?
By creating a wish list, you can identify the items you like and you need to be notified when they appear in near future. To create a wish list, you need to login first. Go to product detail page and select “add to Wish List” in your account section. You can also select the option to be notified when the item/s is/are coming for auction in the future. You can also remove items from your wish list.

Do I need to specify the shipping address for every order?
No, as we will take the detailed address your shipping address you saved in your profile.
How long I need to get my order?
Your order will take around 15 days to reach you.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
Your order will be delivered in the original designer packaging placed into a plain brown box.
Do I need to sign for my orders?
We are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch.
How do I change the currency?
The currency is automatically changed by selecting the country icon on the top of the website.
